These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nucleus tutoring platform ("Platform") operated by Nucleus ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty in any course, quiz, or assessment
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the community features or any other part of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to the Platform

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and resources available on the Platform are the intellectual property of Nucleus or our content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

Content you create and post on the Platform (such as community posts and form submissions) remains yours. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform as necessary to operate the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
